Our entire preparation process is built around our 11:59 PM order cut-off. This is the "point of no return" that allows us to start our 14-hour fresh process.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time BEFORE the 11:59 PM cut-off on the day you place your order.
To cancel, please log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select "Cancel Order."
Once the 11:59 PM cut-off passes, your order is locked, and our fresh preparation process begins.
We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds for any order after the 11:59 PM cut-off has passed. This is because your items are already being prepared specifically for you, and the ingredients have been allocated.

For any quality or product issues, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Since all orders are prepaid, once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
