Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the www.recipeandmore.com website (the "Service") operated by Recipe and More ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Service: "Made-to-Order"

Recipe and More is a "Made-to-Order" food service. We do not hold pre-made stock. All products (such as batter, chutney, and chapatis) are prepared fresh specifically for your order.

2. Order and Delivery Process

Our preparation process is built around a daily cut-off to ensure freshness and 0% preservatives.

• Order Cut-Off: The daily order cut-off is 11:59 PM.
• Preparation: Orders placed *before* 11:59 PM will begin our 13-14 hour fresh preparation process the *following morning*.
• Delivery: Orders are delivered on the evening of the preparation day (approximately 20-24 hours after the cut-off). For example, an order placed on Monday at 8:00 PM will be prepared fresh on Tuesday and delivered on Tuesday evening.
• Orders placed *after* 11:59 PM will be processed in the next day's batch.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This is the most important section. Due to the "Made-to-Order" nature of our Service:

• Before Cut-Off: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time *before* the 11:59 PM cut-off on the day you placed the order.
• After Cut-Off: Once the 11:59 PM cut-off has passed, your order is locked, and our fresh preparation process begins. We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds after this time.
• Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us at info@recipeandmore.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

4. Product Shelf Life and Storage

Our products are 100% natural and contain 0% preservatives and 0% soda. This is our promise.

As such, they are perishable and require proper storage. You (the customer) agree to:

• Refrigerate all products immediately upon delivery.
• Consume the products within 3-4 days of delivery.

Recipe and More is not liable for any spoilage or quality issues that arise from improper storage or consumption after the recommended period.

5. Payment and Pricing

To ensure we can dedicate our fresh preparation process to you, all orders must be prepaid.

• We accept all major online payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and NetBanking, through our secure payment gateway.
• We do not offer a "Cash on Delivery" (COD) option.
• All prices are inclusive of taxes. The final price, including free delivery, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Your Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address (within pincode 500090), and phone number. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address if the information provided was incorrect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipe and More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
